​When will you make my Diaper Cake?

Your diaper cake cake will begin assembly on the same day you place the order if your order is placed during business hours.  Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the assembly to be completed.

How will my Diaper Cake be shipped?

​Your Diaper Cake will come wrapped in a cellophane bag and packaged in a cardboard box. Your confidence and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We offer $10 shipping to anywhere in the United States. Our Diaper Cakes are shipped via Fedex Ground, or USPS. Expedited making/shipping is available for an added fee. Please contact us at info@finediapercakes.com about the expedited shipping service fee before placing your order.

 

No International Shipping is offered.

How long will it take for my Diaper Cake to be delivered?

Orders are shipped by Fedex Ground or USPS, and will take 2 to 9 business days to arrive depending on your location. Expedited processing/shipping is available for an added fee. Please contact us by email at info@finediapercakes.com before placing your order if you would like expedited shipping.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so that you may check your shipment's status online. We do not ship to PO BOX.

Can I expect my Diaper Cake to look like the one in the picture?

We work hard to ensure that our Diaper Cakes look as identical to our pictures as possible. Please take into consideration that our products are handmade after the order is placed, therefore there is the possibility that some baby products will be out of stock.  Items may vary depending upon availability but your satisfaction will not!

What is your return/refund policy?

       

Every order is extremely important to us and we want to make sure that all customers are 100% satisfied with their

purchases.  If you are not completely happy with your diaper cake for any reason, please contact us by email 

(info@finediapercakes.com) within the first 3 days of delivery of your cake and give us a chance to address whatever the issue may be.  If we cannot find a solution, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for you to return the item. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA, and no return will be accepted without one.  Purchases may be returned for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) as long as the item hasn't been removed from the cellophane wrapper, and is in the same condition as it was sent out to you.  Please keep in mind that all returns must be received by us within 15 calendar days of the original delivery date and absolutely no refund will be issued if the diaper cake is removed from the cellophane wrapper or if it is damaged or changed in any way.  If you have any questions about our return policy, please feel free to contact us.  We do not offer refunds if the client changes her/his mind about not wanting the diaper cake anymore after payment.

If for some reason you need to cancel, we will refund your money minus $25 cancellation fee. 

We do not offer refunds if merchandise has been mailed to hotels or any other non-residential facilities and the merchandise gets lost.
